Doing It for Me: A Journey to Better Health and Feeling My Best


I decided to start in December on my birthday. I was at my highest weight since being pregnant 13 years ago.


Being 44, I already had established healthy habits. I ate high protein, workout consistently 4-5 times a week, take supplements, drink my body weight in water, and get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. No matter how hard I worked, I couldn't get the scale to budge.


Since starting, I find that the inflammation from my endometriosis is down, my digestive issues have disappeared, and I feel better overall. I've lost 34.6 pounds.

I did this for me and my overall health.
