So, what's the challenge details?

Do your 50 reps each day — anywhere, anytime.

Track your progress daily — mark your calendar when you’ve completed your reps.

At the end of each week, count how many days you completed (or came close to) your goal.

Celebrate your wins — because every rep and every day adds up!
This is not a replacement for working out but its a way to challenge yourself, build a new healthy habit, and find movement even on your busiest day. Watching those check marks add up is a powerful reminder of your progress!
