This November, we invite you to move your body and challenge yourself!
It’s not about perfection — it’s about progress, consistency, and building a healthy habit that fits even on your busiest days.

✔️ How to Join

  1. Download or print the challenge tracker / calendar

  2. Track your daily focuses on the calendar.

  3. Submit your completed tracker to courtney@emergeweight.com or send a DM to the Emerge Weight Loss Instagram or Facebook by December 2nd at 12pm EST.

  4. You’ll be entered to WIN:

So, what's the challenge details?

  1. Do your 50 reps each day — anywhere, anytime.

  2. Track your progress daily — mark your calendar when you’ve completed your reps.

  3. At the end of each week, count how many days you completed (or came close to) your goal.

  4. Celebrate your wins — because every rep and every day adds up!

This is not a replacement for working out but its a way to challenge yourself, build a new healthy habit, and find movement even on your busiest day. Watching those check marks add up is a powerful reminder of your progress!​
