Savannah Regensburger is a clinical nutritionist, neuroscientist, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering others through science-backed nutrition, wellness, and mindfulness practices. With a Master of Science in Medical Nutrition from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Colorado State University, she combines deep scientific expertise with a holistic approach to health. She is also only a few months away from being a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (BCNS) and is currently pursuing her MBA with a focus on Management and Marketing at Fitchburg State University.

Savannah has an extensive background in clinical research, specializing in oncology, neurology, and cognitive neuroscience. Her work in clinical trials, coupled with hands-on experience as a clinical research associate and coordinator, has given her unique insights into the intersection of science and patient care. She has also contributed to neuroscience research on topics such as neuroplasticity, schizophrenia, and traumatic brain injury.

As the founder of Rooted In Health, LLC, Savannah provides one-on-one nutrition coaching, helping women optimize their gut health, hormone balance, and overall well-being. She integrates mindfulness, yoga, and functional nutrition to support women dealing with conditions like endometriosis and PCOS. A certified yoga and mindfulness instructor, she has led classes and meditations that merge neuroanatomy with movement and breathwork.

In addition to her clinical and wellness work, Savannah is a business owner and educator, offering digital resources and courses on gut health, hormone balance, and nutrition. She is passionate about making science accessible and actionable for women looking to take control of their health.
