Savannah Regensburger (Sav) is a clinical nutritionist, neuroscientist, and wellness entrepreneur with a strong foundation in both science & holistic health. She holds a Master’s in Medical Nutrition & a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience. With a background in clinical research & a passion for women’s health.

Savannah founded Rooted In Health, LLC to support women with gut & hormone imbalances through nutrition, mindfulness, and movement. She also creates digital health resources and courses, blending her expertise in neuroscience, yoga, and functional wellness to make science-backed healing approachable and empowering.
