I have been on maintenance now for 2 months after 1 year of a 68 pound weight loss with Emerge and the guidance of my primary!

Little things that have become a big deal for me since losing weight.
Some of my non scale victories:
Being able to get up and down in the bath tub easily
A comfortable seat belt
More energy
Happy to pick out my work outfit
Complete satisfaction, not willpower torture, after eating a meal
Health benefits
Lower LDL cholesterol
Lower blood pressure
Lower blood glucose
Lower triglycerides
Improvement in my Inflammatory Osteoarthritis pain
Less knee, ankle and hip pain
Happier mental state
To be honest, there are some cons for me
At 63 yrs old, my skin is now more wrinkled despite hyaluronic acid and moisturizing, which makes me look older
'Crepe paper skin' is really a problem on my abdomen, upper arms and inner thighs, but it is a tradeoff that I will accept
My loss has been from 165 pounds - 123 pounds with Emerge compounded Tirzepatide from mid July 2024 to Jan 2025. My initial weight loss was with insurance covered Mounjaro (188-165 lbs.; May 15, 2024- June 1st 2024) but then my employer switched healthcare plans and insurance no longer covered the Rx. My doctor recommended looking for an online plan, and I found Emerge and switched to compounded Tirzepatide (which I noticed no difference from the name-branded).
