How to Join

Download or print the challenge tracker / calendar

Choose your Fitness & Nutrition goals. Track them daily on the calendar.

Submit your completed tracker to courtney@emergeweight.com or send a DM to the Emerge Weight Loss Instagram or Facebook by February 2nd at 12pm EST.
