Stretchtember Challenge

The Stretchtember Challenge is a simple, sustainable way to build a daily habit that supports both your body and your mind. Whether you spend your days at a desk, on your feet, or somewhere in between, regular stretching can improve flexibility, release tension, and boost overall well-being.

Stretching takes minutes, but the benefits will last far longer!

Week 2: Hips & Hamstrings (walkers, runners, & sitters rejoice)

Week 3: Back & Spine (better posture, less stiffness)

Week 4: Full Body Flow (connect breath + movement)
