Learning to eat when you appetite is significantly reduce takes time too! I am finding efficient and palatable ways to increase my proteins to give me energy and support my weight loss. I love cottage cheese in so many things alone, in pasta sauce, and in cookie dough.


Active Lifestyle vs. Weight Struggles:
My active lifestyle had always been a source of joy, but it was also a reminder of my ongoing battle with weight. I play volleyball and pickleball in leagues multiple times a week. I also mountain bike, ride my horse and keep up with a huge houseplant obsession in and out of my home. Despite my love for sports and outdoor activities, the scale refused to budge.
