In December of 2020 I was at my lowest point weighing in at 469lbs, I had tried everything except Weight Watchers. I saw an ad so I went on Weight Watchers, I lost 49lbs and then stalled for a full year. My doctor said this was “normal” and to keep doing WW even though I felt hungry all the time.
