Fueling My Body With Purpose—and Seeing the Change

I started my journey on 2.5 mg back in March, and I’m now finishing my last dose of 5 mg.

When I began, I weighed around 215 lbs, and now I’m down to 174 lbs. I completely changed my diet and, since I work in a hospital, I stay active with lots of walking. My meals mostly include chicken, turkey, rice, and vegetables.

The hardest part was dealing with the nausea from the medication, but once I got through that phase, it became much easier.

I recently joined a gym to start toning my body and continue improving my progress.
