I have been with Emerge since end of July/early August. My scale victory has been 45lbs so far. When I started, I felt like nothing was ever going to work. I had tried every diet out there and nothing worked. Emerge literally gave me a new lease on life.
Some of my non scale victories (which there are a ton) are:
-being able to walk up the stairs and into my office without getting winded
-take my dog for nice long walks
-improve my bloodwork and nutrition absorption
-finally get rid of clothes I wore “just to cover up” and get things I truly love and make me feel good
-I no longer decline hanging out with friends
-I fell back in love with cooking real food
-my shoes finally fit again (who knew your feet lost weight!)
