85 Pounds Down: A Year of Consistency, Strength, and Showing Up

March 2025 to March 2026
85 pounds down.

I’ve been using Emerge since August 2025 (took a short break Nov/Dec and restarted in January), and it’s truly been a tool that helped me stay consistent and in control.

But this didn’t happen by meds alone, I committed to changing my lifestyle too.

-Low carb diet / prioritize Protien
-Strength training 3x+ a week.
-10k steps a day.

And the part I’m most proud of, I’ve actually gained 8.6 lbs of muscle!

There were hard days. There were times I wanted to quit. But I kept showing up, and over time it added up to something I never thought was possible.

This journey takes effort, patience, and consistency, but it works if you stick with it.
I’m not done yet, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come AND if you’re just starting, keep going. It’s worth it!
