I have struggled with my weight my whole life. Thanks to Emerge I was able to finally lose weight for good and reach my goal weight of 120. I’m 5’3. The last 60 pounds were lost between December and now. My highest weight was 230. Here is my before and after pic. Emerge has been a huge blessing and support with everything and every question I’ve had along the way from ordering, to shipping, to help with dealing with nausea. I am now moving to the maintenance plan and couldn’t be more pleased with the results!
