From Doubt to Determination My Transformation at 59

I have tried every diet and weight loss plan known to man, and always gained the weight back and then some. I’ve also always been a clean eater & always worked out, but always struggled with my weight.

I started Tirz 12/27/24 after reading all the amazing testimonials on the Emerge FB page. I was so cautiously optimistic but never really believed I was capable of achieving a transformation like those I had been seeing, especially at 59 years old.

I’ve been a slow but steady loser throughout my journey & so proud of my result so far!
