From Setbacks to Strength

I started in July 1, 2025. I struggled with chronic arthritis and hypertension not to mention
the emergency angioplasty and stent in 2017. My highest weight was 215 lbs. I'm currently at 166lbs. I still have a ways to go but I won't let me down. I feel better and I will continue this fight.
