I Didn't Just Lose 120 Pounds—I Found Myself.
Three years ago, I barely recognized myself. I was exhausted, struggled with PCOS and insulin resistance, and had convinced myself that lasting change just wasn't meant for me. I loved my family deeply, but I wasn't truly showing up as the healthiest or happiest version of myself.
I finally decided to stop waiting for the "perfect time" and simply start. One small choice turned into another, and over time those choices completely changed my life.
Today, I've lost 120 pounds, and one of the accomplishments I'm most proud of is that I've maintained that weight loss for over a year. But the biggest victory isn't the number on the scale—it's that I found myself. I found confidence I never knew I could have, energy to fully enjoy life with my girls, and a version of me who genuinely loves taking care of herself.
This journey has taught me that lasting change isn't about perfection. It's about showing up for yourself, even on the hard days, and trusting that small, consistent choices add up over time.
If someone is where I used to be, I hope they know this: you don't have to be perfect to change your life. You just have to be willing to take the first step and keep going.

Before Emerge....
For years I struggled with my weight, confidence, and believing lasting change was possible. Choosing to prioritize my health one day at a time completely changed my life. Three years later, I've lost over 120 pounds, maintained my results, and gained so much more than a smaller body—I gained my confidence back.
Losing the weight changed my body. Finding myself changed my life.
My Favorites
Consistency over perfection
I don't chase a perfect day anymore. I just keep showing up, and the small choices add up over time.
Sleep whenever I can get it
I stopped treating rest like it was optional. When I protect my sleep, everything else gets easier.
Water all day long
I keep something to drink with me and sip on it all day instead of trying to catch up at night.
Protein at every meal
I build every plate around protein. It's the habit that keeps me full and steady all day.
