Last year I made the decision to get healthy and stop making excuses for myself. I was miserable with how I looked, in constant joint pain and probably the unhealthiest I've ever been. Through all of 2025 I have worked hard. Today I hit a huge goal of losing 100 lbs - and the lowest weight I've been since high school!! A feat I truly could have never imagined and couldn't have done without the support of my family, friends and Emerge Weight Loss.

Using a GLP-1 is absolutely one of the best decisions I've ever made. For anyone that thinks that's the easy way out, I can tell you with certainty that's not the truth, but it is an amazing tool that has given me so many benefits besides just weight loss. My inflammation is gone, joint pain is gone, as well as "food noise." Making healthy choices became easy and part of my routine and exercise was enjoyable.
