More Than Weight Loss: A Full Health Reset

I was told a year ago that I had lupus and was put on all kind of prescription medication. Had high blood pressure and high cholesterol since then when I started started on this weight loss journey, I’ve come off all the medication.
My labs are clear. I no longer have high blood pressure nor high cholesterol.

This is a life change, and that’s how I look at it, not so much I diet, but a healthy lifestyle change.
