My Comeback After Perimenopause
I recently turned 50 and have been working hard to get into shape after dealing with perimenopause/menopause. When I hit perimenopause I suddenly gained about 30 pounds. It was stubborn weight and a lot of it was around my belly.
I did everything including training for a triathlon and working out with a trainer for a year. I lost some weight, but honestly I was stuck and still had quite a bit of belly fat. A good friend shared her Emerge experience with me and I knew I had to try it.
Within a month I was down to my pre perimenopause weight and I have never felt better. I’m still working out and eating right just not feeling frustrated anymore. I share about Emerge with everyone because it’s such a great company.
